A photo of 19th Century Southern Indiana Farmers - John Thomas & Martha (May) Huser. John Thomas Huser, b 1/11/1842 d 10/22/1900 and wife Martha May Huser, b 12/15/1846 d 7/6/1913. He was born in Switzerland County, Indiana and she was born in Spencer County, Indiana. After his death she lived in Oklahoma with her son Eugene Huser. I don't know if he was a Civil War Veteran but he was the correct age.
