He was a Protestant Christian. He took me to church with him every Sunday, when I lived with him and my Nana. I can't remember the name of the church or where it was located. I do remember he was the guy who would "lead" the singing by waiving his hand around in front of the congregation. I think he was a good singer.

Professional Career

He was a retired Lt Col from the Air Force. Full-time partner with my Nana and grandpa figure to me. EVER so patient.
Personal Life & Family

I know he loved church. My mom or I never heard him swear. We ALWAYS said prayer before dinner and bedtime. He and my Nana would often go square dancing. Lots of old people who seemed pretty lively. Weird guy at the front saying weird terms like doe-see-doe. But fun-ish music. Kinda at the time of my life where I kinda thought it fun and kinda thought it boring.... He LOVED to work on cars for neighbors, fellow church goers, my mom or himself. He even helped work on my foster parents car, a very ugly wagon, and help it last another few years.... unfortunately. :D

Being thankful

I'm so thankful you were in my life. I'm sure it was better for you being there.
Thank you for caring for me when I was little, when I was sick, during school, taking me places, praying with me, showing me God, and for being so gentle and kind. I love you. I miss you. I am so very glad I'll see you again in Heaven.
