Since i was able to climb on a chair she taught me how to cook. Ive carried my favorite recipes from her my entire life. On friday nights we would watch tv and have a snack. Dukes of hazzard, Dallas and Falcon Crest. On Sunday morning if we didn't have a ride we would walk the mile or so to church. My grandma was poor but as a child i would have never known. Her love could fill a room and change the mood of the most miserable person. Im proud to say i carry her with me every day. Although its been years since her passing the wounds are still fresh. She was such a amazing loving woman. She set the standard of what a grandma should be. From using her belly as a pillow to cleaning cuts and kissing boo boos. I truly miss her.
