Johnny W Forsythe of Covington, Tipton County, TN was born on October 24, 1945 to Cordie Forsythe and Faye Taylor Forsythe. Johnny Forsythe had siblings Carolyn Ann Marbury, Helen Marbury, and Jesse Forsythe. He was the parent of Tina Renee Forsythe Clarke. He married Sally Ann Bailey Forsythe, and they had a child John Scott Forsythe. Johnny Forsythe died at age 57 years old on January 29, 2003, and was buried on January 31, 2003 at Memorial Gardens in Brownsville, Haywood County.
