He married Julie Caroline Janke in 2003 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah and they later divorced in 2011 in Salt Lake City. They had a child Jack Jonathan Janke. He married Claudia Rose Janke in 2013 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County. They had a child Kaitlyn Anne Janke.
