He had children David Joseph Erenius and Mark Richard Erenius. Joseph Erenius was buried on December 9, 2017 in Perkasie.

    Joseph D. ''Joe'' Erenius,Jr.,of East Rockhill Township,PA passed away Wednesday,November 29,2017,at Grand View Hospital,West Rockhill Township,PA. He was 75. He was the husband of Jan (Johnson) Erenius. The couple celebrated their 53rd Wedding Anniversary on June 20,2017. Born in Milford,MA,he was the son of the late Joseph D. Sr. and Marjorie (King) Erenius. A graduate of Grafton High School in Massachusetts,he served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Erenius was employed as a branch manager for Arbor Material Handling,Willow Grove,PA,for a number of years before retiring in 2006. In his younger years,he served as a foster parent and also as a Little League Baseball Assistant Coach for his sons. An avid golfer,he enjoyed tending his yard,especially the flower gardens. Surviving with his wife are two sons,David Erenius and his wife Amy,of Doylestown,PA,and Mark Erenius,of Haycock Township,PA; two grandsons,Joseph and Barret;three brothers,Richard Erenius and his wife Joanne,of Cape Cod,MA,Raleigh Erenius,of Florida,and Kenneth Erenius,of Massachusetts; a sister,Candace Stone and her husband Ralph,of Virginia; and his dog,Abby. His Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday,December 9,2017 at the Bernard Suess Funeral Home,606 Arch Street,Perkasie,PA where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11:30 A.M. Interment will be held privately the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital,501 St. Jude Place,Memphis,TN 38105.
