Joseph F Liskey of Rockford, Winnebago County, IL was born on January 10, 1925 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio United States to Susan Liskey. Joseph was baptized circa February 1, 1925 in Cleveland. He married Ruth Arlene (Groening) Groening on February 4, 1950 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and they were married until Joseph's death on January 15, 2009 in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois. He had children Barbara Mary (Liskey) Viel, Margaret Rose (Liskey) Rich, and David John Liskey. Joseph Liskey was buried on January 17, 2009 at Calvary Cemetery in Rockford.
