    Joseph R. "Scotty" Kundrat Joseph R. "Scotty" Kundrat, of 916 W. Sixth Street, Hazleton, died Thursday evening at the Hazleton-St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kundrat. He was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Hazleton. Mr. Kundrat was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Coast Guard. Prior to retirement, he was employed in the maintenance department at St. Joseph Memorial School. Surviving are his wife, the former Dorothy J. Bugel; sons, Joseph and Thomas, both of Hazleton; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a sister, Helen Veet, Hazleton; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m. from the Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home, Inc., 542 North Wyoming Street, Hazleton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. - Standard-Speaker (Hazleton, Pennsylvania) Saturday, January 20, 2001 on page 2.
