Joyce Steele Doty 1928 - 2022

Joyce Steele (Halverson Lewis Schulz) Doty was born on September 26, 1928 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota United States. She married Newton William Lewis in 1948 in Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico and they later divorced in 1950 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. They had a child Meredith Sue Hodges. She would also marry Charles Monroe Schulz on April 18, 1951 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County and they later divorced in 1972 in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. They had children Charles Monroe Schulz Jr., Craig Frederick Schulz, Amy Louise Johnson, and Jill Charlotte Schulz. She and Edwin Vernon Doty married in 1973 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, and they were married until Edwin's death on November 20, 2008 in Kilauea, Kauai County, Hawaii. Joyce Doty died at age 93 years old on May 15, 2022 in Kauai, Kauai County, and was buried at Cremated.
