Introduction

Grandma Lena was very sweet .She was a tiny lady and lived in a tiny house on the south end of Lowden, by the railroad tracks. The little house shook every time a train went by.We would have picnics in her front yard under the big tree. She gardened and loved flowers , and also had several fruit trees on her corner lot, which kept her busy. She tried to teach me how to crochet, but quickly gave that up as I was a leftie. haha i remember playing Parcheesi with her sister, my great great aunt , Annie.
