Graduated Massapequa High, obtained Associates Degree at Briarcliff College, obtained Certification at the University of Richmond in Culinary Arts.
Professional Career

Kathleen started a culinary career at age 16. She went to college at age 27 and became a legal secretary. She then returned to the culinary field but due to an auto accident was unable to continue and took education and employment at Cendant Travel as a travel agent. The company transitioned out of travel and Kathleen became a Support Supervisor for several years. She grew tired and went to college to obtain certification in culinary arts and worked at Quincey Village Retirement Home, was offered a position as Kitchen Mgr at the American Legion, volunteered as kitchen Mgr at the Ntw Hope Homeless Shelter and finally retired from NETC Firefighter's Training Facility at FEMA in Maryjland.

Kathleen loves to cook, travel, spend any time she can with family and friends and enjoys good movies and games
