He had siblings Francis Evelyn Carrington, Muriel Marguerite Carrington, Kathleen Thelma Lois Carrington, Wilbur Glen Carrington, Romilda Mahala Carrington, Ernest Railton Carrington, and Clifford Alfred Carrington. Keith Carrington died at age 70 years old in 1976 in Balwyn, City of Boroondara County, VIC.

(Women in Australia and New Zealand already had that right but couldn't run for office.) Although Finland belonged to the Russian Empire, there was great unrest and the Tsar wanted to broker a quick peace. As a part of the brokered peace, women got the vote.
