    Kent Ignazio Carluccio I was born to Ignazio Mario Carluccio (1897 - 1997), born in Italy and Alphonsine Anna Giguere (1903 - 1983), born in Massachusetts. He had one brother and two sisters. Kent Carluccio married Claudette Allard in 1963 in Manchester New Hampshire and they had three sons. Born and raised in Leominster, Massachusetts, Kent lived there until 1990, when he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. He died in Scottsdale two years later.

Men between 21 and 36 were required to register with their draft boards. When World War II began, men between 18 and 45 were subject to service and men up to 65 were required to register.
