In Chicago, seven men from the North Side Irish gang were gunned down by Al Capone's South Side Italian gang at the garage at 2122 North Clark Street. In 1931, at the age of only 2 years old, Khamtoui was alive when in March, “The Star Spangled Banner” officially became the national anthem by congressional resolution.
