Larry E Smalley of Bowerston, Harrison County, OH was born on July 8, 1946 in Martins Ferry, Belmont County to Florence (Slentz) Smalley and John Smalley. (Shean) Smalley, and had children Preston G. Smalley, Samuel E. Smalley, Charles Robert Smalley, and Sarah J. Smalley. Larry Smalley died at age 57 years old on March 4, 2004 at Conotton Rd, in Bowerston, Harrison County, and was buried at Fairview Gardens Cemetery in Jewett.
