Latarius was born to Vivian mills and Rufus Bradshaw he lived his life in Miami until he met his fiancée Tina Payne and they moved to Cincinnati ohio. Latarius had 2 children latarius k mills2nd who passed minutes after being born in his father's hand and a beautiful daughter Rebekah mills one year later.Latarius was a devoted family man,husband,brother,son,grandson and friend everyone that meet him and got to know him loved him from his infectious smile and heartwarming laugh.He was always a giver a wonderful provider to any one in need.He departed this earthly home November 17,1999 at Good Samaritan hospital in Cincinnati Ohio from a brain aneurysm with lots of family and friends at his bedsideADVERTISEMENT BYLooking for more information?
