(Bell)Ralston and Augustus Earl Brown, and has siblings Denita Monique (Bell) MoCcollum, Kelly Denise Brown, Ronald Louis Bell, Kimberly Dechelle (Brown) Johnson, Terri Lynne Bell, and Kerri Donielle (Brown) Melvin. Latoya was baptized on December 21, 2001 at Mount Calvary M.B.C in Dayton, Montgomery County. She married Radee Ali on February 13, 1992 in Dayton, Montgomery County and they later separated on September 15, 2001. Latoya's partner was Kelly Denise Brown and they later separated.
