Laura Ann (Suggs) Owens 1871 - 1945

Laura Ann (Suggs) Owens of South Chickasaw St., in Pauls Valley, Garvin County, Oklahoma United States was born in October 1871 in Lawrence County, AL. She was married to John Wesley Owens on October 6, 1887 and they later divorced. She had children Minnie Jane (Owens) Cornell, Cleveland Henry Owens, Lucy Madge (Owens) McGowan, Alice Mae (Owens) Wilkins, Arthur Lee Owens, Mamie Lou (Owens) Eggleston, and Aaron Dutton Owens. Laura Owens died at age 73 years old on January 29, 1945 in Pauls Valley, Garvin County, OK, and was buried on January 31, 1945 at Mount Olivet Cemetery 1906 S Chickasaw St, in Pauls Valley.
