Lawrence John O'leary was born in 1912 in Geelong, VIC Australia to Patrick John O'Leary and Ethel May (Finn) O'Leary, and had siblings Vera Wilton, Eric O'Leary, Raymond O'Leary, Evelyn Dwyer, and Norma Frances (O'Leary) Fenaughty. He married Betty Rachael (Shead) O'Leary, and had children Dennis O'Leary and Gregan O'Leary. Lawrence O'leary died at age 67 years old on January 15, 1980, and was buried on January 17, 1980 at Springvale Cemetery.
