Leonard Charles Cumper of St Kilda Australia was born in 1917 in St Kilda, Port Phillip City County, VIC to Annie (Lancaster) Cumper and Charles Hinton Cumper. He had a brother Lionel Keith Cumper. He married Alvina Unis May (Grummisch) Cumper in 1941, and died at age 70 years old on April 9, 1988. Leonard Cumper was buried at Springvale Botanical Cemetery Princes Hwy, in Springvale, City of Greater Dandenong County.
