Hope you forgive me for saying this but, I don't think this is your gramma - at least not Leota Grace Spradling who's birth year was 1931. This photo, style of dress and hairstyle is earlier, say about 1930 and your gramma was a new born if that. Could this be your g-gramma, instead?
