He had siblings Edith May Attwood, Frederick August Attwood, Eva Emily Florence Attwood, Arthur Alfred Attwood, and William Henry Attwood. Leslie Attwood married Hazel Everilda Mundy in 1922, and died at age 78 years old in 1974 in Fitzroy, City of Yarra County.
