    Loma Quinlan Winterville Loma Lee Earle Quinlan of 1100 Double Bridges Road died Friday, March 13, 1998. A native of Brownsville, Texas, Mrs. Quinlan was a daughter of the late William and Lillian Newman Earle. She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and a member of St. George's Episcopal Church, Germantown, Tennessee. There are no local services scheduled at this time. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Bobby Gray, Winterville; a brother, William J. Earle, Raleigh, N.C.; two grandchildren; and three nieces and a nephew. Lord & Stephens Funeral Home East, Athens, is in charge of arrangements.
