Lorraine Margaret Binney was born on September 30, 1950 at Heathcote Hospital Street, in Heathcote, Greater Bendigo City County, VIC Australia to Derick Mervyn Binney and Marjorie Gladys Foreman, and has siblings Deryl Edward Binney, Allan Richard Binney, and Janis Marjorie Binney. She was the parent of Amanda Louise Stevens, and Bradley Stevens. She married William "Bill" Stevens at Presbyterian Church in Heathcote, Greater Bendigo City County, Victoria, and they were married until Lorraine's death.
