    Louisa Leontine Rolland married John (Jack) Thomas August Besnard (Bernard) in Guernsey, Channel Islands in 1918. They had one child (Violet Augustine Louisa Bernard -born Jersey 1920) and are likely to have lived with Jack's family in St Heliers, Jersey until 1927 when Jack, Violet and his parents emigrated to Melbourne Australia via the port of Liverpool.
