She had siblings Thomas Henry Cantwell, Henry James Cantwell, Amelia Cantwell, Emily Blair Cantwell, Eliza Ann Cantwell, William James Cantwell, and Martha Amelia (Cantwell) Miller. Louisa Cantwell died at age 93 years old in 1957 in Burwood.
