She married Lewis Isaacs, and had children Frances Elizabeth (Isaacs) Buntine, Rose (Isaacs) Hopkins, and Rebecca Louisa (Isaacs) Sowter. Louisa Isaacs died at age 70 years old on March 11, 1922 in Northcote, and was buried at Coburg Pine Ridge Cemetery Elizabeth St, in Preston, City of Darebin County, VIC.

Aged 71 years. A sufferer at rest.
