Louise Wedlich died at age 100 years old on November 11, 1918, and was buried at Melbourne General Cemetery College Cres, in Parkville, City of Melbourne County, VIC.

The Evening Echo. Ballarat. Vic. 16th November 1918. CENTENARIAN'S DEATH. The death is announced of Mrs. Louise Christine Wedlick, of "The Avenue," Windsor, at the great age of 101 years. The deceased lady, who was a colonist for 71 years, was the mother of Mr. George Merz, of Valentine and Co., of this city.
