    Loyal Wayne Foote Sr., 46, of Danville, passed away at 9:15 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, in West Lebanon, Ind. He was born Dec. 26, 1960, in Danville, the son of Herbert W. and Nina J. (Abston) Foote. He married Patricia L. Land in 1982 in Danville. He later married Melinda D. Harris on Nov. 14, 1997, in Riverton, Wyo. Loyal also is survived by: three sons, Loyal Wayne Foote Jr., Brent Michael Foote and Herbert Foote, both of Haines City, Fla., and one daughter, Cheyenne Foote of Danville; one granddaughter, Alexia Foote; and brothers, Lowell (Kathy) Foote of Pavillion, Wyo., Forrest Foote of Westville, James Foote of Mansfield, Mo., Bruce Foote of Metcalf, Mark (Chris) Foote and Alva (Jamie) Foote, both of Danville, and Tony (Linda) Foote of Olivet. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert, and son, Gage. Loyal worked in the retail grocery business. He was a past member of the Danville Jaycees and enjoyed roller skating. A celebration of life for Loyal Wayne Foote Sr. will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St., with Pastor Steven Lynn Harris officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, at the funeral home.
