She was married to Robert Wilson Weese Sr., and had children Clarice Weese, Emmit Ray Weese, Louise Weese, Doris Weese, Sherry Weese, Shirley Thomas Weese, Terry Weese, Robert Wilson Weese Jr., Brenda Weese, and Joe Weese. Lucille Weese died at age 62 years old circa May 22, 1993 at home in Shelby, and was buried at Boxwood Cemetery.
