Mabel Davenport 1886 - 1977

Mabel (Van Kleeck) Davenport was born on October 29, 1886 in Rosendale, Ulster County, New York United States to Uriah Van Kleeck and Amanda (Shurter) Van Kleeck, and had siblings Pratt Shurter Van Kleeck, Marsh Van Kleeck, Edith Van Kleeck, Howard Van Kleeck, Ralph Van Kleeck, and Wayne Van Kleeck. She married Gideon Isaac Davenport on June 18, 1911, and they were married until Gideon's death on January 22, 1967. She had children Doris (Davenport) Hunter and Gideon Allen Davenport. Mabel Davenport died at age 90 years old on July 30, 1977, and was buried at Mount Hebron Cemetery 851 Valley Rd, in Montclair, Essex County, NJ.
