    The following obituary appeared in The Tribune Review in April 2006: Marcia A. Pietrala, 53, of New Alexandria, died Thursday, April 13, 2006, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. She was born Jan. 27, 1953, in Kittanning, the daughter of the late Joseph Turberville and Emogene Turberville, of Worthington. She was employed by Seton Hill University as a librarian. Marcia was a member of the United Methodist Church of New Alexandria. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, James G. Pietrala, of New Alexandria; a son, Jerrod Pietrala, of New Alexandria; a sister, Cindy McCullough, of Ford Cliff; and a brother, Bill Turberville, of West Kittanning; and several nieces and nephews. Burial in Union Cemetery, New Alexandria. Note: The son referenced in the obituary, Jerrod Pietrala, later legally changed his name to Jerry Pietrala.
