Margaret (Fitzgerald) Madigan was born in 1872 to Patrick Fitzgerald and Johanna (Kennelly) Fitzgerald, and had siblings Johanna Fitzgerald, Catherine Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Mary (Fitzgerald) Dalton, Bridget (Fitzgerald) Looney, and Ellen (Fitzgerald) Cosgriff. She married Thomas Madigan, and died at age 51 years old on March 31, 1924. Margaret Madigan was buried at Melbourne General Cemetery College Cres, in Parkville, Melbourne City County, VIC Australia.
