Marie Frances Stone 1909 - 1973

Marie Frances (Guilfoyle Clooney) Stone was born on March 25, 1909 in Maysville, Mason County, Kentucky United States to Michael Joseph Guilfoyle and Adelia Martha (Farrow) Guilfoyle. She married Andrew Joseph Clooney in 1929 in Maysville, Mason County and they later divorced in 1938 in Maysville. They had children Rosemary Clooney, Rose Mary Clooney, Elizabeth Ann Campo, and Nicholas Joseph Clooney. She would also marry William Miller Stone in 1942 in Maysville, Mason County, and they were married until William's death on May 16, 1971 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio. They had a child Gail Anne Stone. Marie Stone died at age 64 years old on December 13, 1973 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, and was buried on December 18, 1973 at Saint Patrick Cemetery US-68, in Maysville, Mason County, KY.
