My Name is Rev. Jerry W. Welch. I first met Dr. Stefanini while working as Hospital Chaplain at the Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, Va. The more I learned about This man, the more respect I had for him. He will remain one of the most influential man in my life. He had a very positive effect on my life. I will always treasure his memory.
