My Grand-Pa. My Dad's Father

He was a quite man. I have never heard him say a curse word or speak bad about anyone. He was a old cowboy and farmer. 1927-he built a home and married my grandmother

(My Grandfather cont.) Ruby Mary Murphy Eccles. He worked for Standard Oil for close to 40 years. Exxon bought Standard Oil and he worked there untill he decided to retire. He was the best pipe fitter this side of the Mississippi. Lol
He attended Hebron Baptist Church every Sunday morning.
He was a Decon and done all Janitorial services for the church for 25 years. My Grandparents were lifelong members of the church.
I grew up living next door to him and my Grandmother. I stayed over at their place more than I would be at our own home. I am so thankful for him and my entire family. 100 acres to hunt,fish and explore. We were not rich. We had a large garden,cattle,horses,chickens and ducks. Even a couple if hogs. Oh yeah,a ol mule also.
Always had a bulldog running around. Minibikes, motorcycles. God Blessed Us All.
