Marion was born to Joseph R Clewell and Edith Emma Hubley on 01/31/1921 in Pennsylvania .She had one full blood brother of this marriage Joseph Clewell born 03/31/1915 in Pennsylvania ,Death 17 May 1935 in Philadelphia at the age of 20 in an institution for the weak and feeble minded, cause of death idiocy epilepsy.
Marion's Mother died while giving birth to her. Later her father Joseph married Dorothy Greenhill, Marion was the step child to Dorothy.At age 17 Marion became pregnant by a boy and had a child out of wedlock with William E Humphrey. together they had a daughter Edith Dorothy Humphrey, named after Marion's biological mother Edith and her step mother Dorothy. When the baby (Edith) was 6 months old she was taken away from Marion and raised by Williams mother. Marion lived alone, became reclusive and died at the age of 67 of Breast Cancer in Wilkes Barre, PA. There is nothing more known of Marion.
