Marion L Borjas of Elko, Elko County, NV was born on March 16, 1918 to Charles Bates Wilson and Emma Elizabeth (Scranton) Wilson. She married Hubert Emile Borjas on February 11, 1939 in Elko, Elko County United States and they later separated. She had children Rex Orland Borjas and Sheryl Marie (Borjas) Harris. Marion Borjas died at age 86 years old on January 21, 2005.

It was an effort to conserve fuel needed to produce electric power. This was a war effort and proved unpopular so in most areas of the United States, Daylight Saving Time ended after World War I. It returned during World War II.
