    Found in her apartment in Chicago in bathroom on toilet by her son-in-law, Portman Edward Wittenberg. She had been deceased for at least four days with windows open. Blow flies had already laid eggs across her eyes. Pigment had blackened. Closed coffin necessary.

Daughter: Adele Ann Johns Jan 06, 1925 Memphis Tennessee Named- "Bed A" at hospital in Memphis. Finally named "Adele" after her aunt Adeline. Died June 2005. 80&1/2 years young. Married to Portman Edward Wittenberg for life.
