Marjorie Klaus had a brother Robert Vernon Bungay. She married James Gerald Klaus in December 1983 at Lutheran Church in Springfield, Fairfax County, Virginia. She was the parent of Laura Lea Hern. Marjorie Klaus died at age 83 years old on April 6, 2021 in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, FL, and was buried in May 2021 at South Florida National Cemetery 6501 FL-7, in Lake Worth, Palm Beach County.
