Robert Lincoln Stiers wears a hat with the words, "Station Agent," at the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railroad station at Morrell, Arkansas. In May 1917, the SLIM&SR merged with and became the Missouri-Pacific "MoPac" Railroad. With him are his youngest three children, Delphine, Fred and Harry.
