    Martha Bowles (1852-1913) married Carl 'Charles' Zahringer (1820-1892) from Baden-Baden, Germany, in 1870 in Victoria, Australia and had 7 children (only 3 reaching adulthood). Carl was a watchtmaker & jeweller. He died in Charlton, Victoria, Aug 1892. Martha next married James Hickey from Tipperary in Victoria, Australia in 1893. They had a son, James Thomas Hickey (1893-1967) who died in Mandural, WA and buried Karrakatta, Perth as is at least one step-sister
