Martin was a devout Christian. He was saved in the early 1960's and joined Faith Baptist Church. He was an active member in the church. He dedicated his life to witnessing. He served in several capacities within the church ministry as choir director, bus ministry, Sunday School teacher, prison ministry, & nursing home ministry. He truly loved the Lord and his fellow man.
