Marty was a handsome blonde haired, blue eyed, young man that grew up on Wells Rd near Baldwin Florida and stole my heart Feb. 1, 1971. Marty quit school and went to work that same year. In 1972 as he was returning home from working the midnight shift at the local Ceosote plant he had a horrible accident in his little black Covair at the corner of Wells and Yellow Water Rd. and though he recovered my sweet boyfriend was never the same as before. He began to have anger and trust issues and this led to our break up after 2 1/2 awesome years together. But he was my first love.
