    Mary Ellen Mosley Tuten, 74, of Cordesville, SC, died Tuesday evening at her residence. Her funeral will be 6:00 PM Friday evening, July 10, 2015, in the CHAPEL OF DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER. Interment will follow 2:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2015, in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Sycamore. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:30 PM until the hour of service Friday. Mrs. Tuten was born September 15, 1940, in Hampton, SC, a daughter of J.C. Mosley and Annie Viola Preister Mosley. She attended the Pioneer Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoyed word puzzles and baking. Mrs. Tuten was preceded in death by twin sons, Jerry and Terry Tuten, four grandchildren, Jennifer, Kenny, Joey, and Eddie Tuten, and was the widow of Edgar Tuten. Surviving are, two daughters, Peggy Ann Tuten of Florence and Winda Nix of Hampton; five sons, James E. Tuten and his wife, Brenda, of Cordesville, Bill A. Tuten and Thomas E. Tuten of Moncks Corner, Kenneth R. Tuten and his wife, Kim, of Cordesville, and Eddie “Ray” Tuten and his wife, Ida, of Florence; a sister, Myrtle Ann Yomans of Panama City, FL; three brothers, John T. Mosley of Louisiana, Harold C. Mosley of Tamaqua, PA, and James A. “Billy” Mosley of Hampton; twelve grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
