    Argus-Leader, 28 Jan 1922, Sat. (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) Mrs.. Mary E. Meeker passed away at her home nine miles southeast of Humboldt after an illness lasting for some weeks. The funeral services were conducted from the home on Monday by Rev. Guy P. Squires, a former pastor, and the body was interred at the Hartford Cemetery.
