My granny was a strong and loving grandmom and mother. At the end of her life. She was placed into a care home. By her 2 older sons. And her youngest son that was born with down syndrome was placed in adult foster care in Hawaii. Due to her son finding her last updated estate plans. That she had made. With the help of her estate attorney. a year after her death. Her wishes what were and who she wanted her estate to go too. was changed. Estate attorney Rodwin L Wong created and recorded a quitclaim deed that put her home into a trust that she recinded with him and state of Hawaii . in 2003. So Im her oldest granddaughter. My granny was a honorable woman. She didnt deserve what she went through.The last days of her life. put into a care home on a Thursday. Told on Sunday. That her youngest son was put into adult foster care. And They would stay in the homes till she changed her estate plans . That was on Sunday Early Tuesday morning my granny died. My uncle Larry only knew his family he was our gold. Very love and protected. By family. He died in foster care in 2016. My father was her first born. If this isnt elder abuse at its worst. My thought is and opinion is this. The man that raised me and drilled into me from childhood to becoming an adult was respect your grandmother. And Larry was our gold and no one touches our gold. Meaning Larry. And no one upsets my granny. My father died in 2014.
