Mary Gsellmeier Ostermeyer, she is the great Aunt of my cousin. Lore Gsellmeier born 1931 who will be celebrating her 91st birthday this month, April 2022. She is sharp as a tack and very interested in her family history, learning more about individual ancestors and hearing from descendants. I have done much research for her. I have a copy of the original death certificate for Mary Gsellmeier Ostermyer ordered from New York City. She was a sister of Lore's father's father. The death certificate gives her age as 46 and death date as 24 September 1929. Burial Date: 27 Sept 1929 Most Holy Trinity Cem. written above crossed out. U.S. Ceremation (sic). It lists her father as Sebastian Sellmeyer (sic) and her mother as Barbara Fisher (sic). I had put together enough information to believe her father's name was Sebastian (Gsellmeier). I am not sure of her mother's maiden name. A Social Security Application for her brother Sebastian (he came over much earlier from Germany) lists his father as Sebastian Gsellmeier and his mother as Barbara S.
