She had siblings John Clefford Lynett, Hubert John Muir Lynott, Clifford James D Lynott, Catherine Clifford Lynott, Charles Lynott, and Cecila Balmforth Muir. Mary Lynott died at age 38 years old in 1885 in S Kilda.
