She had siblings Ellen Ada Rundle, William Henry Stark Rundle, Victoria May Rundle, Fanny Jane Stark Rundle, Violet Rose Rundle, Alice Lilian Rundle, Thomas James Rundle, and William Henry Rundle. She married Allan Wareham in 1941, and had a child Allan Wareham. Matilda Rundle died at age 75 years old in 1983 in Geelong, Greater Geelong City County.
